Fit for Life is a personalized nutritional program customized and individually designed to meet your specific needs. It is based on his/her lifestyle, genetics and exercise level using the basic principal food science. It is designed for athletics and non-athletes How Will Fit for Life benefit me? With over 20 years combined research and development, we provide the tools and knowledge necessary to support your specific nutrition needs. Our program will tech you to establish long-term positive eating habits. Our goal is to help you with increased energy ,endurance and strength. Also, depending on your needs, your needs our program can help you decrease body fat and gain muscle, sculpt and ton your body and increase your confidence in your self. This is not a fad diet, but a lifestyle nutrition program that does not rely on quick-fix methods of losing weight. With the right information, you can reach your goals, maintain good health and possibly prevent the onset of future health Why is Fit For Life customized? No two people act or look exactly alike. Neither do any two human body systems function exactly alike. Because everyone is individualized , the foods that meet your needs may not meet the needs for me or someone else. Each Program will be personalized depending on your lifestyle, eating habits, exercise level and foods that you like. You will receive a customized 7-day meal plan explaining how often to eat along with the suggested supplements to achieve your goals What will I learn from Fit for Life? You will learn the following: All the basics of nutrition, from understanding the effects of individual foods to the effects on you energy levels, the effects of insulin and glucose and how to optimize fat loss. The most important concept to maintain your needs is to eat a variety of foods constantly and not skip meals. In order for your body to maintain a constant fuel line and energy, good clean food is very important and feeding your body ever 2 1.2 to 3 hours keeps your body fueled for energy. The same concept as in keeping your car fueled with gas it will run so there for, keeping your body fueled with food will keep it running. Remember, the cleaner the food the longer the energy you receive in exchange , will be with you. Foods to be avoided are refined and processed ,such as, white sugar, bleached flour and packaged meals. These foods are turned into glucose and end up giving you a quick burst of energy followed by a "crash". foods that need little digestion such as sugars, raises insulin level (overcompensates) and forces your body to remove to much sugar from your body, leaving you drained from lack of fuel. Clean foods on the other hand, maintain and eve fuel level and keeps your body working stronger.
